Her career spans over 23 years within practice and on the client-side, where her in-depth knowledge of the corporate ‘client-side’ governance process provides a unique lens for creating and delivering regenerative workplaces.

She founded Intrinsic in 2013 building up a highly respected reputation for delivering successful workplace and education interior design strategies across the UK.

Kathryn’s other passion is rhino conservation with an inclusive community approach.
