This episode focuses on Starbucks workers in Buffalo, NY organizing for higher pay, in conjunction with food service workers in general fighting for better conditions. The deaths of 678,000 Americans, inflation, and a lag in production. These factors have made workers have more power due to their smaller numbers and lack of people wanting to return to work for low compensation. Thus making workers more valuable.
