Brian possess over two decades of expertise in steering individuals and teams to advance clinical objectives. Brian leads in the implementation of innovative clinical programs and initiatives that holistically address behavioral health and addiction issues.

We got into many great discussions on how Brian first got motivated to be in the mental health and addiction field. What really inspired Brian to work in the many different Behavioral health avenues.

I greatly enjoyed our discussions on strategies to develop and structure/restructure treatment centers to best serve their client's and aid them in there needs. We also get into the many different aspects that make a successful treatment center as it comes to hiring staff, and setting up rules and policies.
