We are living in a time where people will HATE you just for being a Christian -- and especially a Christian who tells the Truth. The Truth isn't very popular these days... a lot of churches don't even preach it in fear they will lose attendance and offerings. The truth is, we need to stop being afraid of people and how they may feel about us. Jesus straight up tells us in John chapter 15 that the world is going to hate us -- people are GOING to hate you because of Jesus -- people are going to hate you because of the Truth -- people are going to hate you because YOU'RE NOT OF THIS WORLD. Remember also that if people hate you, it probably means you're doing something right. The world hated Jesus, and they will hate you too. Don't mind them -- keep standing firm and being a light for Jesus. When the world gives you HATE, respond with LOVE -- Love tells the truth.
