Payne Consulting, LLC and the owner of Grace Health Scrubs, a mobile/online scrubs store. After successfully launching her online scrubs (medical apparel) business, Tina began to offer her services by coaching other nurses, who were tired of working at the bedside, with getting their scrubs business started. Tina uses her combined business, teaching, and nursing expertise in order to elevate, mentor, and coach other exceptional women seeking a transformation as they start or grow their dream business. Tina helps nurses and other women alike to discover their purpose and to create a dream business through her individualized business coaching, online digital products, and group education.

Scrub Shop Academy is the only virtual course created by a nurse teaching other nurses the exact steps to independently start an online scrubs store. In this episode, Tina Payne explains her journey from nurse to boss and how she is helping other nurses to do the same thing.

BNE presents: The TREND

About Black Nurse Entrepreneurs.....

In 2015, the vision was born to create a very unique community that would connect black nurses in order to mentor, uplift & encourage one another.  It started with a simple social media platform where nurse entrepreneurs shared their stories of how they got started. Black nurses who were interested in entrepreneurship felt comfortable reaching out & obtaining resources that they may not have gotten elsewhere. The popularity and interest grew quickly as more and more black nurses became aware of what could be done with their degrees and medical expertise. The IMPACT that BNE has had within the black nursing community is tangible. As we continue to grow, we strive for professional excellence in providing the best resources for black nurse entrepreneurs worldwide.
