William Abraham is the founder of www.the7000.com, an author, speaker and project financier with global experience working with governments, banks, utilities and major companies.

William has closed over $20 billion in infrastructure project finance transactions. He was formerly the Head of International Projects and Finance for a leading global law firm based in London and is a leading expert on the commercialization of emerging technologies. His work with governments in partnership with the University of Cambridge has led to international Cambridge joint-venture initiatives in Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

He is particularly interested on bringing transformation through business - how to bring genuine benefit to countries through business and projects. After studying business and taking a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree he completed and Masters Degree in International Law from the University of Cambridge.
