Uncle Sam went from Kentucky to the White House as a Washington reporter, covering campaigns and politicians and having a good time doing it. Now he’s a burnt-out, cranky stoner living in Los Angeles, cussing up a storm about the politicians trying to wreck this country and talking with friends who are making a difference.
