 Multifamily is a Long Game

For those who are considering entering this industry, Jake stresses that multifamily is a long game. You have to make sure you are in it for the long haul. For him, it is important to not rush the process especially in the beginning. Jake shared how he and his partner Gino focused on two to three deals a year to make sure that those deals are going to make sense and work for their group. They focused on quality, fulfillment and service, and it paid off!
