Don't take transition advice from someone in uniform who is not transitioning. Coach Alfredo addresses getting advice from someone who has been there and done that. Those still in service will mean well in giving your advice but transitioning can be tough, so reach out to folks who know what it is like to create a new life once you have left your time in service.
