After all, it does make sense, burn more calories than you consume and you will lose fat. I have a question, "How is that working out for us?" Well, isn't that what we are doing when we run the treadmill every day only to see the scale remain stagnant and the pants equally tight around the waist? But we keep trucking along, don't we?
