When there is very little we can control outside ourselves, old patterns (new to our awareness) tend to arise. Every time they do, we are invited to shed another layer of our conditioned self, to let go of perspectives and ways of seeing things that no longer serve us. Right now, so many freedoms have been taken away, yet we have access to so much more inner freedom because of just that.
