Boob or bottle? When you want more than just 'fed'

Breast is best...fed is best? As is often the case in the area of pregnancy and newborn the focus is on baby.

But what about mum?? What is best for mum?

That is the focus of this podcast. I'll briefly go over the research surrounding breastfeeding, but more than anything moot the idea of how we can better support mums in what is right for them and their family.
