In 1999, the original BlackBerry smartphone was launched and it quickly gained worldwide popularity. BlackBerry soon became a renowned brand in the smartphone industry. As of late 2013, the number of BlackBerry subscribers reached an impressive 85 million.

However, in 2017, the number drastically decreased to approximately 11 million, and in January 2022, the BlackBerry phones were officially declared useless by the Canadian company. Despite this seeming end, BlackBerry continues to exist. Its path has been a unique one in the field of technology... and this is its tale. Listen to the story here:)

    Nervine Oleim; is an English Instructor and soft skills trainer who has been working in the education field for more than 20 years.

    With a B. A from the faculty of Arts, English department, Cairo University, Nervine has started her passion in teaching. She taught English in Cairo University as well as at Ain shams university giving fresh graduates the essential business English and soft skills needed in the market. She then was awarded a diploma is TEFl, California University, Santa Cruz which enhanced her skills in the same field of teaching.

    For more than 20 years, Nervine has been working with the finest educational institutes in Egypt, She has been teaching different ages, different levels, and different fields with only one aim to make learning English an achievable one-of-a-kind experience.

    Nervine joined Communicate, as a Head of Communicate Academy in 2019, and in 2021 she started her famous radio show, English 101, in an effort to teach English to a larger audience.
