Curiosity - Following a strong desire to know or learn something new, adapt an entrepreneurial mindset and make learning, strudging and showing part of everyday life. 

Compassion - Developing the desire to be kind, and show empathy to yourself and to others. Recognising that every team member is significant and an essential threat to the entire business.
