Kevin Jones, hailing from Texas, has journeyed across continents and through diverse career paths. After graduating from Baylor University and studying economics in France, he began his professional life as a French translator, eventually transitioning into a public affairs role in London, collaborating closely with UK Members of Parliament.

Returning to Dallas, Kevin joined Ernst & Young (EY), where he discovered his true calling in helping individuals unlock their potential. As he advanced within the organization, he obtained his International Coaching Federation certification and the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. In his last position as Americas Head of Leadership Services at EY, he spearheaded the firm's leadership-development services, providing group and individual coaching to external clients.

In January 2023, Kevin retired from EY and founded Consilium Coaching, a boutique firm dedicated to empowering leaders in the LGBTQ community and their allies. With Consilium Coaching, he channels his passion for coaching and advocacy, striving to make a positive impact every day. Outside of his professional pursuits, Kevin enjoys quality time with his husband, Simon Aisthorpe, and their beloved Boston Terriers, Pippa and Bertie. He is also the author of the insightful book, "Opening the Corporate Closet: Transforming Bias to Gay Advancement in Corporate America."
