ECCB to Launch Office of Financial Conduct to Strengthen Consumer Protection

The Eastern Caribbean Central Bank is preparing to launch its new Office of Financial Conduct on September 30, 2026. The office will strengthen financial consumer protection by addressing complaints about banking practices, providing support for consumers, and helping mitigate the growing risks of fraud and scams associated with digital banking.
