At a recent breakfast meeting, the Federation urged employers to make employee wellness a top priority. With non-communicable diseases on the rise and health-related costs mounting, Executive Director Cornelia Jn Baptiste says the message is clear: a healthier workforce drives stronger businesses, and now is the time for employers to take action.
