Taiwan Technical Mission Promotes Greater Consumption of White Eggplant

The Taiwan Technical Mission in Saint Lucia is encouraging consumers to incorporate white eggplant into their diets as part of efforts to diversify local food options and strengthen food security. An initiative at Massy Stores Sunnyacres introduced three varieties of white eggplant through food tastings and recipe demonstrations. The varieties offer benefits such as higher yields, resilience in dry conditions and a milder taste, while the initiative seeks to increase demand for locally produced foods.
