The Ministry of Health, Wellness and Nutrition officially launched Vaccination Week in the Americas 2026 with a ceremony held at the Babonneau Wellness Centre. This annual initiative, coordinated by the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) and the World Health Organization (WHO), seeks to promote equitable access to immunization services across the region. The launch featured remarks from a distinguished panel of health leaders who emphasized the critical importance of maintaining high vaccination coverage and ensuring that vulnerable populations are not left behind. The Ministry encourages all citizens to take advantage of available vaccination services and to play their part in protecting public health.
