As the clock ticks towards the staging of the second annual National Day of Caring on June 7, 2024, students of the Upton Gardens Girls Centre, one of the satellite agencies under the auspices of the Ministry of Equity, Social Justice and Empowerment, will demonstrate that they care, when they undertake their regular community service at the Francis & Adelaide Home on June 6, 2024.

As part of the National Day of Caring observance, June 6 has been declared Community Outreach Day. The students will present the Home residents with bouquets and ice cream, do manicures, and spend time fixing puzzles as brain-stimulating and dexterity activities.
