The achievements of 10-year-old musician Eli Jeon have renewed calls for Saint Lucia to strengthen how it identifies and develops exceptionally talented students. Education officials say gifted children should be given opportunities to advance according to their abilities, alongside broader support for accelerated learning within the education system.
