Can I start a business? SHOULD I start a business? How would I even get started?

Today's episode features special guest, self-care advocate and business owner Ebeny Bland (known as Ebeny B.). Ebeny, a licensed massage therapist, is the founder of Escape Haven & Co. Day Spa, & as well as candle company, Escape Haven & Co. In my mind, there is no better person to speak on the topic of deciding to go into business for yourself. Ebeny takes pride in sharing the process of what entrepreneurship really looks like behind the scenes to encourage those who may be hesitant in their own journey.

Ebeny has been successful in using her product line of candles to impact the world through conversations, mentorship, & education. Tune in and hear more about her journey and words of wisdom for aspiring, new, and even experienced entrepreneurs.

I met Ebeny on my quest to design a custom candle for my business and holy wow - I am so grateful we connected because she is not only incredibly gifted creatively (seriously, I'm obsessed with my branded candle/scent) and a true, authentic leader in business but she is also an amazing human.

You can more about Ebeny and support her work at www.escapehavenandco.com and check out her socials @escapehavenandco.

Graceful Rulebreakers

If you're anything like me, you have a difficult time playing by the rules. You're ready for the status quo to change - in your work, in your personal life, in society. You have a passion - a drive to make the world better, and while you're a little (or a lot) out of place in traditional spaces, you show up as your authentic self, dancing on the lines that represent outdated rules and regulations. Welcome to the world of graceful rulebreaking.

This is a podcast for anyone out there who wants to make a positive difference in the world and live a good life on their own terms. Let's take a breath and dive into the questions we have about navigating our wild lives with grace.
