He has been an entrepreneur since he was 21 and has had various positions in the business industry, such as Group CEO and Managing Director. Maria is a lawyer from Perth. They discuss various topics related to business, such as growth, customer journey, and leadership.
Peter and his Maria are discussing the importance of having a will.
Maria and Peter are discussing the situation of a greengrocer who has been wanting to make a will for five years but has not yet done so. This greengrocer has had a fall in his business premises and has been taken to hospital with a serious head injury, leaving him with the lack of capacity to make a will.
Maria has advised the greengrocer to call and give instructions over the phone to her as she has a professional relationship with Tim, as it is possible to draft a will without meeting in person. However, the greengrocer has not yet taken action and is now in a vulnerable position.
