Start 3 years from now and work backwards

One of the first things I ask my students when they become part of Invent Tribe is - what do you want your life to look like in 3 years?

The reason I always ask this it's because I want to make sure that their decisions today align with their future goals. If they don't, then they're setting up their selves on the wrong path to get started.
