This new series in Isaya's Inspiring Evenings Podcast, titled Women Lighting the Way, is about women’s stories, centering around the past or future speakers from the various Women Lighting the Way Summits, adding to the virtual library of women’s stories and providing a much needed counterpoint to the many men’s stories going around in our patriarchal world.

Lisa Jara is a Menstrual Health Agent (of Change), a Womb Whisperer and Soul Midwife, helping women and menstruating folks to not dread "that time of the month", but holistically address the deeper causes of menstrual health challenges like PMS, PMDD, painful periods, endometriosis or PCOS, so they have a happy, healthy period and can navigate challenging life transitions with unshakable trust in themselves and their body.
