Chapter 6, v. 19-23
What does it mean to become established in our innate wholeness? These verses explore the quiet mind, the boundless joy of the Self, and the inner freedom that unfolds through steadfast meditation. As awareness becomes anchored in the truth of our being, we discover a deeper capacity to meet sorrow without becoming identified with it. With perseverance and courage, the practice of yoga reveals the wholeness and peace that are already present within.
