I’m sure you’ve heard about a new planned development named Airabella. Maybe you’ve seen the sign on Highway 44 and wondered what it was going to be? Or maybe you heard someone talking about it and are wondering what is the latest?
My guest today is Kevin Bryant; Kevin is one of the partners in the project, Airabella Lake Oconee. This is a visionary, mixed-use development designed to redefine living, working and playing at Lake Oconee! Spanning 137 acres, this community will consist of, not only residential living at its finest, but is set to feature chef-driven restaurants, a boutique hotel, lots of local retail and even a nine (maybe 10!) hole public golf course! It will serve as an invitation to embrace life and connections in a walkable outdoor environment, with year round programs, all the while fostering community and relaxation.
Kevin will talk about his extensive background in hospitality and hosting major events, what brought the project to land here at the lake and the vision that he and his partners have for Airabella. Why Airabella? He will tell us about that too!
And we will discuss what makes Airabella a unique blend of luxury, leisure and lifestyle, not just for the residents, but also for all of us here in the lake area. It will be a true destination of opportunity to live life to its fullest!

Lure of the Lake
Lake Oconee, Georgia, located halfway between Augusta and Atlanta, is a man-made paradise with incredible beauty that makes it a great vacation destination for people of all ages. More than that, though, it's a community for those that are looking for a peaceful life filled with nature and beauty.
I, myself, am a member of that community. I moved to Reynolds in 2020 and started to hear the incredible stories of its residents. Join me, now, as we take a plunge into some fascinating stories of the many well-lived lives of our community and learn why they were Lured to the Lake.
