What must be alive in your life to live well in these uncertain times? Once I answered this question for myself- everything freed up and started to flow for me in my own life.

As humans, we empathize deeply because we are connected-so what hurts you hurts me and vice versa. This often immobilizes people from creating and innovating when times become challenging, but these are the days your creativity and engagement are needed more than ever.

If you think about it our concern for each other can freeze us from being helpful, from moving forward and from creating the contribution we are here to make.

So, how do we proceed to live well, contribute, stay gently tuned in to what’s going on in the world and to not fall in and become immobilized?

We are now living in a world that we would not have recognized 2 years ago. Along with these changes comes both new challenges and new opportunities. I truly believe that we are here together – at this time, for very specific reason and that each of us are here to make a major contribution to what we are about to witness, and experience unfold here on earth. Let’s come together and explore these essential questions, explore resources available to us and support each other – as we enter this great time of awakening together.
