We have passed the mid-point of the year, and it has been a fast one! These days life has taken us down paths we have never before been – asking new levels of trust – faith and resilience from us. Some have been tarnished by these disruptions. Many are taking the opportunity to reset- recreate – to redesign their lives and to reflect how they want to live. They see these days as an opportunity to show up in life- in this whole new world- in a whole new way.

Throughout my life I have always believed that, if I live connected to my heart, do what excites me and always include what I value most in each day, that life would always easily carry me to what is right and next for me. This year has been different. To live well and consciously, it has taken more. I have been tested to hold close my Divine Connection- my deepest love for life and beauty – more so than ever before.
