Where does your heart reside, and where do you call home?

These are two questions I have personally explored closely this year, and I am so glad I did. Understanding what we need to feel whole, complete, and happy is the first step to Living Well.

For many, it symbolizes a place of grounding, security, and safety.

Feeling grounded and feeling a sense of belonging today are two anchors that allow us to build both resiliency and meaning in our lives.
