How to Balance Your Energy Through Conscious Giving and Receiving

As the sea ebbs and flows, so do we, and so does all of nature. We are all energetic forces, and I believe what we place out into the world through our deeds, actions, and thoughts will be met with a like energy or like reaction, as in the end, all actions will balance out. When we give gifts, words, or even when we provide daily through our actions and interactions, we are setting an energetic field to receive like resonance in return.
In this podcast, I explore how we can consciously choose the field we set for ourselves and how we influence the lives we touch- by first becoming aware of the powerful impact we have through the actions, words, and thoughts we place in the world.
The exploration will allow you to look closely at the energy you personally place in the world. It will also shed light on why you are being received as you are.
I will also share 3 questions that may be helpful to you in balancing your own energy, and that could help you to begin to receive more in your own life.
