How do you know when it’s time to stop?
Over the past 18 months, I have not been working in or on my business. After 27 years of engaging deeply in the lives of some of the most amazing women in the world, watching them create lives that they are here to create, working side by side to discover what is next for them -I stopped – I totally stopped.
Why?
Eighteen months ago, I realized that I, myself, needed to pull in and deeply hear myself. I needed more space around me. So, I got quieter to listen – to hear what was bubbling up inside me – that in the mad rush of life I could not hear. I moved to the countryside. I ended up with land, orchards, herb gardens, vegetable gardens and beautiful landscapes surrounding me. A deep sense of stillness filled my life. I got clear about my life and what I now most desire. I share this with you.
Where do you need to stop?
In this episode we will look at the importance of slowing down and hearing yourself, your needs and your dreams. Some may say – how can I do this? Where there is a will there is a way and unless you take time to listen, you will stay stuck and miss having a connection with the bigger reason why you are really here.
