When Living Well Feels Like a Far Away Dream: What’s Next?

How do we hold on to our dreams when we don't feel inspired?

How do we hold our dreams close to us- in the midst of chaos? 

And can we? 

Well, if you know me, you know, I tend to have a positive outlook on life. I truly do believe that there are opportunities in the most difficult of times. And recently, I have been faced with challenges that have blurred my ability to dream. I needed to regroup. From what I hear, many of us have. 

Some challenges are personal, and some relate to the amount of chaos and disruption in the world.  As an empath, I truly do want to see the best for each of us. Yet, I /we do have hearts, and we do feel the pain of others. We are part of a unified field. We are all connected. Your pain is my pain; your joy is my joy.

In this podcast, I will share some recent challenges I have had in holding true to my own dreams and I will share some resources from my toolkit that have helped me to learn to re- dream. I will also leave you with two important questions that have helped me to find my way back to my own personal dreams. They were game changers for me.
