You Are Strong Enough- You, Truth and Peace Will Prevail

As the world spins into chaos - is it possible to live well and should we even be thinking about living well in challenging times? I say yes- and now more than ever.

In the past few months there has been more disruptive, unharmonious things being revealed from the past or playing out in real time than we normally would see play out over a couple of year period.  Why? Why is there so much chaos and disruption coming out at an accelerated rate? Could it be that truth surfacing? 

In times of disruption, sensitive folks, empaths and kindhearted beings often resign to the intense disruption- throwing their hands in the air and surrendering to the low energy.

I say, we are the antidote. The light we shine and the promise we hold is exactly what will create the world we most want to be a part of.  This is the time to live well, to find ways to feel better that enhance our soul and to live well as a gift to the world- for our wholeness inspires others wholeness.
