In this episode I share my thoughts around breakfast as a unique selling point. Businesses, and hotels in particular, can create something unique and wonderful around their breakfast that not only will set them apart from the competitions, but also can show up on positively on the balance sheet.
I exemplify my view by talking about The Best Breakfast in Norway, from Scandic Nidelven Hotel, which I visited back in February 2020.
