Dr. George Goodwin has gone through this transition - from Army doctor to entrepreneur. He still volunteers as a doctor for the Red Cross, but is also working with Jim Neighbors to set up The University of Consulting - products and services that help individuals and government contractors through the process of effectively communicating and winning business with the federal government.
Dr. Goodwin shares insights from his own journey expanding into new areas of expertise, focusing on value creation, building relationships, and honoring that the mistakes are part of the journey.
