Toxic leaders, they are everywhere. In fact, they are not worth being referred to as leaders, instead I like to refer to them as bosses. These horrible examples of leadership are too often the result in people quitting and ultimately organizations crumbling.

Mark Tinsley is a US Army Officer, and leadership coach and consultant. With many poor examples of leadership and many examples of toxic leaders, Mark embarked on a journey to help the world rid itself of toxic leadership. Now he works with organizations large and small to help them remove toxicity from their workplace and replace it with true leadership.
