Robbie and David discuss their delivery of a train the trainer assessor programme for a large client health sciences industry.

The programme was delivered face-to-face online and focused on the use of effective questioning by assessors and what the assessors role entails. There were tools and processes developed to create solutions with an interactive workbook and test document at the end.
