Walking, swimming, running, rowing, trekking and climbing are generally the go to exercises, used to improve our aerobic capacity, of which can be tracked from day one.
With the current advent of depression diagnosis throughout the western world, it's now more than ever crucial to start improving our cardiovascular health.
