We all know that we need to be data-driven.

Data is knowing what your customers want.

Data is solving problems before they arise.

Data is knowing what's going on.

People bombard us with praise for data 24/7.

But let's be honest.

Most are not using it to their full potential.

Sure, you have some Google Sheets.

Sure, someone installed Google Analytics on your site.

Sure, you send out a questionnaire to your customers once.

But.

Is that really all it is?

I don't think so.

Our networks transfer data at the speed of light. Websites track every action.

There's no shortage of data.

Our computers can tell us what that data means.

IF you know how.

Machine learning is wildly available. I like DisplayR.

Alas.

I'm no expert.
