Kelsey Scharnhorst obtained a B.S. in chemistry from Western Washington University (2013), a M.S. at UCLA (2014), and is finishing her PhD in materials-chemistry (2018). She researches innovative microchips for A.I. using a self-assembling and densely interconnected network that is similar to the human brain in structure, density, and function.
