Steven Coutinho is a banker, university lecturer and author who lives in Curaçao. His career has taken him from consultancy, to economic policy advisor, to managing director of Canada’s largest bank in the Caribbean. He is currently Chairman of Aqualectra and member of the Socio-Economic Council of Curaçao. Steven holds a Masters in Physics cum laude from the University of Groningen, and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
