One of my coaching clients had an amazing view of the weight loss track in our private group. I believe this view of dieting and our weight loss journey will be helpful to anyone on a diet journey.

Losing weight and making long term change to be healthy are two different concepts, and until we understand this and start to embody this in our journey it's one big ride in a roller coaster car that is constantly being derailed.
