Julisa Medina is a 45 year old woman who learned to love herself right before she took the stage for her 1st bikini competition in 2016.
During her profound mental and physical training, she had a paradigm shift which resulted in raising her level of awareness of herself. She became more aware of the inner strength within side her.
This newfound strength prompted her to desire more; dream of the impossible which is possible, have faith and hope that she was being lead on the right path.
During the past several years, she has been on this incredible journey of growth and wanting to inspire other through her Facebook lives called “Mindset Minutes.” This had been a miraculous change for her because she has replaced Fear with Faith. Her faith and aligning herself with so
many inspiring people gave her the confidence to share her journey; past and present. In addition to helping others who are dealing with self-doubt, depression, insecurity and so much more.
