Today I speak openly to a young man that lost his father to suicide when he was 15 years old.
Ken is also a strong campaigner for mental health and runs the organisation The Hermes Project
Suicide is an issue that is uncomfortable to talk about. It’s one of those topics that can save a life, a topic that helps others overcome a host of challenges. It’s a subject that I will always talk about simply because it’s needed.
