Following the completion of her studies and work throughout Australia, The Tasmanian Chef found herself drawn to the flavors and techniques of Thai Cooking. Her training in the kitchen of a Sydney Thai chef led her to open her own restaurant in Australia: Thai me Kangaroo down. Prior to settling in the US, Jacquie spent years as a private yacht chef, where she refined her style.
