Tony has had a rich and varied career in the production and live entertainment worlds spanning over 20 years. His vast experience in virtually every facet of the production landscape from feature films to music videos to TV commercials, live shows, concerts and tours, has earned him a sterling reputation in the creative cultures on both coasts as a production expert, a first-class team leader and a consummate professional. In 2007, Tony was a co-founder and Production Director of JBF Entertainment (backed by former NFL star Jay Fiedler) — a NY-based entity specializing in live events, web content, brand management and consulting. Prior to his time at JB, Tony worked for MTV Networks manager and event producer for numerous programs and initiatives including the Video Music Awards, Campus Invasion Tour, Sucker-Free Concert/Tour, MTV2 Head Bangers Ball, Homecoming Tour Tailgate Party, $2 Bill, World AIDS Day, Storytellers, and various MTV Diversity and MTV Off-Channel music marketing events. As an independent producer and founder of TG Productions, Tony was instrumental in mounting the Heineken Summer House Concert in Jamaica, the International Arts Festival in New Orleans, the Fort Greene Music Festival, and the Tap+Cork Beer & Wine Festival in Bed-Stuy Brooklyn. Tony has also conceived, managed and executed various events for the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC), the Global Language Project, and the American Cancer Society. Earlier in his career, Tony worked on alongside renowned music-video/feature film directors such as Hype Williams, F. Gary Gray, Kia Purifoy, Marcus Nespel and Lionel Martin, and as a production manager and producer on initiatives for HBO, BET, VH1. Time Warner, Court TV, Levi’s, the NFL and the NBA. Tony’s latest project was the development of the hit TV show “Godfather of Harlem” on Epix, starring Oscar winner Forest Whitaker, Vincent D’Onofrio, Giancarlo Esposito, Paul Sorvino
