
Following the completion of her studies and work throughout Australia, the Tasmanian chef found herself drawn to the flavors and techniques of Thai cooking. Her training in the kitchen of a SydneyThai chef led her to open her own restaurant in Australia: Thai me Kangaroo Down. Prior to settling in the US, Jacque spent ten years as a private yacht chef, where she refined her style.
