So what does it feel like to cry? And how do we relate to crying in our culture or within our family or friends? It's really about opening up and being vulnerable and learning about ourselves. In today’s episode, I welcome Cyrus Henry to share with us how he is promoting vulnerability and openness towards emotions in a world of toxic masculinity. In this episode, we talk about why it's important for men to learn how to cry, and how this process of self-discovery can open up a pathway for them to connect with their emotions, their spiritual essence, and their physicality. We also discuss the importance of taking on a more supportive role in our relationships with others, and how alcohol and violence can be symptomatic of underlying shame or fear.
