He is one of three founders of SHARC Energy Systems, a world leader in providing heat exchange for raw sewage systems. He is certified in Behavior (DISC), Motivation and Emotional Intelligence Assessments. His education is as an Electrical Engineer - Concordia University, Montreal, Canada.
